Seeking a Large Loss Claims Adjuster to join a dynamic team. Compensation Package
- Salary: $120,000 - $135,000/year, plus a 15% performance bonus.

Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex litigated and non-litigated commercial auto claims.
- Manage a caseload of 80-110 claims, with 75%+ being litigated files.
- Retain and direct defense counsel for legal proceedings.
- Travel up to 30% for mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring claims are resolved efficiently.
- Conduct claim investigations, coverage analyses, loss assessments, and claim reserving.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience handling complex commercial auto claims, including bodily injury cases.
- Proven experience managing claims from inception to resolution, including litigation.
- Licensure in jurisdictions such as TX, FL, CA, GA, or NY is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of claim investigation, coverage analysis, loss assessment, and settlement processes.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and negotiate effectively.
- Steady work history with a track record of career progression.
- Carrier experience is highly preferred.
