Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing a portfolio of middle to large market commercial lines accounts, including industries such as construction, real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in account management, a proactive approach to client service, and a strong ability to handle complex accounts with professionalism and efficiency.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000 annually
    Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office during the first month

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business generating $1M in revenue, with account premiums ranging from $150K to $1M.
  • Provide end-to-end account management, including preparing and presenting renewals, marketing accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Collaborate with an assistant team but remain hands-on with time-sensitive tasks such as certificates and endorsements.
  • Handle middle to large market commercial lines accounts across various industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, and hospitality.
  • Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts efficiently and accurately.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a strong focus on middle market accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is required.
