Mid-Market Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Mid-Market Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a book of approximately 25 accounts, each with multiple lines of coverage, including property, workers' compensation, and business income. The accounts, primarily in the food-related, hospitality, and travel industries, represent a book of business valued at $250,000 to $300,000 in revenue. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with occasional client visits and minimal travel, primarily within Southern California. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation skills, a professional demeanor, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 25 mid-market accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee multiple lines of coverage, including property, workers' compensation, and business income.
- Conduct client visits and presentations, both virtually via Zoom and occasionally in person.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in managing mid-market accounts, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of property, workers' compensation, and business income coverage.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within Southern California as needed.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional in-office presence in Torrance.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
