Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Agent to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the profitability of personal lines accounts, managing carrier placements, and serving as the inside quote desk for the agents and agency. Compensation Package

• Salary: $60,000/year + commissions
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance
• Work Arrangement: Fully on-site initially, with potential for remote work flexibility (Wednesdays and Fridays) after onboarding and training

Responsibilities

• Manage the profitability of personal lines accounts
• Handle carrier placements, including quoting and binding policies
• Serve as the inside quote desk for all agents and the agency
• Quote new and renewal business to ensure optimal coverage and pricing for clients
• Utilize AMS360 and QQ Catalyst software to manage accounts and streamline processes
• Collaborate with a small, dynamic team to support the agency's growth and success

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance licenses are required
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of personal lines experience at an agency
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in AMS360 and QQ Catalyst software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle new business and support agency growth
• Work Environment: Comfortable with an initial fully on-site work arrangement, with potential for remote flexibility as proficiency is demonstrated
