Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This opportunity offers the chance to manage and service a book of small business commercial accounts in a collaborative, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy building strong client relationships while providing comprehensive account management and renewal support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of small business commercial accounts, providing A-Z account servicing.

  • Handle all aspects of account renewals and ongoing client service.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted point of contact.

  • Quote and process renewal business using AMS360.

  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient account management and exceptional client service.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

  • Minimum of 1 year of Commercial Lines insurance experience. Captive agency experience is acceptable.

  • Agency-side Commercial Lines experience is preferred.

  • Proficiency with AMS360 is preferred.

  • Strong client service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000, based on experience.

  • Work Arrangement: Onsite preferred, with hybrid flexibility available for the right candidate.
