Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This opportunity offers the chance to manage and service a book of small business commercial accounts in a collaborative, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy building strong client relationships while providing comprehensive account management and renewal support.
Responsibilities

Manage a book of small business commercial accounts, providing A-Z account servicing.

Handle all aspects of account renewals and ongoing client service.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted point of contact.

Quote and process renewal business using AMS360.

Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient account management and exceptional client service.
Qualifications/Requirements

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Minimum of 1 year of Commercial Lines insurance experience. Captive agency experience is acceptable.

Agency-side Commercial Lines experience is preferred.

Proficiency with AMS360 is preferred.

Strong client service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation Package

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000, based on experience.
