Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager (Temporary)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager to join a team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will independently manage client relationships, provide expert advice, and deliver exceptional service.
Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate: $38/hour
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET (30-minute unpaid lunch break)
- Target Bonus (if hired full-time): 3.5%
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
Primary Activities (60% of time)
- Evaluate exposures, obtain quotes, review, negotiate, and finalize quotes.
- Gather client information, analyze risks, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Determine markets within the Core Carrier Strategy.
- Develop solutions and prepare for strategy meetings with Client Advisors.
- Create complete carrier submissions and manage the submission process.
- Obtain signed binding documents and notify carriers.
- Review binding documents for accuracy.
- Conduct contract reviews.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
- Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
- Organize and attach documents in EPIC.
- Utilize templates and system-generated letters for standard communications.
- Create and assign activities in EPIC to team members.
- Order loss runs, generate proofs, and review endorsements and audits as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
- Current experience in a broker or independent agency setting.
Professional Licenses/Certifications
- Active state Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
