Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Net Worth Account Executive to join a dynamic and diversified insurance brokerage team. This role is integral to a operations, focusing on high-level servicing, client retention, and supporting producers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high net worth accounts, a proven track record of success, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work within a reputable and diversified organization with multiple divisions, including property management, leasing, hospitality, residential, insurance, and construction & development.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 per year
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered
  • Travel Required: No

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level servicing to high net worth clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
  • Support producers in managing and retaining client accounts
  • Market new and renewal business, ensuring competitive and comprehensive coverage options
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and streamline processes
  • Maintain strong relationships with key carriers, including Chubb, Cincinnati, Berkley One, and Pure

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in high net worth account management
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software and familiarity with carriers such as Chubb, Cincinnati, Berkley One, and Pure
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of high net worth insurance products and services
  • Location: Must be within a 2-2.5 hour drive of Bethesda and willing to attend monthly in-office meetings
  • Other Skills: Exceptional client service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
