Commercial and Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial and Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in insurance, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $40,000 - $54,000 annually ($20 - $26/hour), overtime eligible
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
- Work Environment: On-site
- Travel: No travel required
Responsibilities
- Provide A-Z servicing for commercial and personal lines accounts, supporting account managers in day-to-day operations.
- Handle small to mid-market commercial lines and generalist personal lines accounts.
- Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and documentation efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred; open to candidates with relevant experience willing to obtain licensure.
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in the insurance industry, with a strong preference for candidates with good tenure and prior experience in commercial or personal lines.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Epic software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
