P&C Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced P&C Account Manager to join a growing team. Our agency specializes in providing customized risk management solutions for individuals and businesses across Ohio. With a strong presence in Property & Casualty insurance, we also offer expertise in Commercial Insurance, Personal Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Employee Benefits. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, family-oriented environment where client-first values and long-term relationships are prioritized.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Commercial Lines, though candidates with mixed Commercial and Personal Lines experience or strong Personal Lines expertise will also be considered. This position is primarily in-office, with potential for remote work on Fridays after the initial onboarding period.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of accounts, including renewals, client communication, policy changes, endorsements, and overall account management.
- Cross-sell and market insurance products as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and build long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize the HawkSoft Agency Management System (training provided if needed).
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required; industry designations are preferred.
- Experience:
- Preferred: Commercial Lines experience.
- Considered: Mixed Commercial and Personal Lines experience or strong Personal Lines expertise.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HawkSoft is a plus but not required.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; client-focused mindset; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Location: Must be within reasonable proximity to the office. Strong preference for onsite candidates, with potential for remote work on Fridays after the initial 60-90 days.
