Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of personal lines and small commercial insurance accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, walk-ins, and other client interactions.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
- Assist with general day-to-day operations, including policy changes, claims assistance, and account reviews.
- Collaborate with top carriers such as AAA, Travelers, Westfield, West Bend, Selective, Safeco, and Progressive.
- Utilize Eclipse software for account management and operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with exposure to both personal lines and small commercial accounts preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Eclipse software or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Personality Fit: A positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
