Associate Risk Advisor
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Risk Advisor to join a growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, particularly those who have worked on complex, large open-market accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a book of business that leans heavily towards real estate accounts, requiring a generalist approach. This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid or fully remote work environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $85,000–$95,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business focused on large, complex real estate accounts (multi-line, multi-location), with account sizes of $500,000+.
- Collaborate with the large account team and servicing support to ensure seamless client service.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with large, complex real estate accounts and LRO is required.
- Software Proficiency: Applied Epic experience is mandatory.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
