Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse book of business, including accounts in construction, restaurants/bars, land excavation, events, boat sales, and marinas. With a focus on providing exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships, the ideal candidate will bring expertise, professionalism, and a proactive approach to account management.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $85,000 (up to $90,000 for exceptional candidates)

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse book of business with account sizes ranging from $1,000 to $250,000 (primarily $5,000 - $100,000)
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business, with a focus on accounts under $25,000
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management
- Engage in community activities to represent the company and build professional networks
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager (5+ years preferred)
- Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is highly desirable
