Commercial Account Manager - Remote (must reside in PA or NJ)
A high-growth commercial insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support a growing generalist book of commercial accounts. This is a strong opportunity to join a firm in expansion mode with a collaborative, respectful culture and significant upside.
Role Overview
- A–Z servicing of a generalist commercial book
- Account sizes typically $25K–$200K
- Work closely with producers and internal service team
- Strong emphasis on client relationships and independent ownership of accounts
- Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy updates, and day-to-day servicing needs
- Maintain strong carrier relationships and ensure timely resolution of client requests
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Strong client service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to independently manage a book of business with minimal oversight
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment preferred
- Comfortable handling a variety of commercial risks across multiple industries
