Seeking an experienced and dynamic Personal Lines Department Manager to lead a tenured team. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Personal Lines Department, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee a team of experienced professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and employee development.
- Utilize Epic software to manage workflows and ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to align departmental goals with organizational objectives.
- Travel to other office locations twice a year to foster inter-office collaboration and alignment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education & Licensing: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in personal lines insurance (15+ years preferred).
- Proven leadership experience managing a team in a similar capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is mandatory.

- Work Environment:
- This is an in-office role based in Pittsburgh, requiring a presence 5 days a week for the first 6 months. A hybrid schedule may be considered after the initial period.
