Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, particularly those with expertise in large, complex, multi-line, and multi-location accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with the large account team to manage a book of business that leans heavily toward real estate accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong service orientation and a hunger for professional growth.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $75,000–$90,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business focused on large, complex real estate accounts (500k+ in size).
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with a detail-driven approach.
  • Quote new and renewal business as required.
  • Collaborate with the large account team and servicing support staff to deliver tailored risk management solutions.
  • Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years in a commercial lines account management role, with a focus on large, complex accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with real estate and LRO (Lessors Risk Only) accounts is required.
  • Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Soft Skills: Strong service orientation, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
