Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in middle-market commercial lines accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for full A-to-Z account management, including service and retention, marketing/remarketing, quoting, and client communication. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage middle-market commercial lines accounts from start to finish, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle certificates, endorsements, invoicing, and other account-related tasks.
  • Conduct marketing and remarketing efforts to secure competitive coverage options for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Quote new and renewal business, with a heavier focus on renewals.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on middle-market accounts. More seasoned candidates are strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Location: Must reside in Texas.
