Seeking two dynamic and driven Commercial Producers to join a growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to inherit an existing book of business valued between $1M and $1.5M, while working in a hybrid capacity. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (negotiable for top-performing candidates with proven sales ability)
- Commission Structure: 40/30 splits

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an inherited book of business valued between $1M and $1.5M.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, coverage options, and risk management strategies to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude, fostering trust and credibility with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial insurance or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance coverages and risk management principles (training can be provided for technical aspects).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- A winning mentality, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.
- A likeable personality with a strong sense of presence and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Central Illinois.
