Compensation Package
- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of upper select commercial lines accounts.
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Support the agency's growth and transition efforts following the recent acquisition.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Work History: Solid work history with clear reasons for leaving previous roles.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard software is preferred.
- Work Environment: Ability to work onsite full-time during the transition period, with potential for hybrid work in the future.
