Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role focuses on managing upper select commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional service to the clients, and supporting the growth of the business following a recent acquisition. This is a fully onsite position with the potential for a hybrid arrangement in the future. Compensation Package

  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business consisting of upper select commercial lines accounts.
  • Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Support the agency's growth and transition efforts following the recent acquisition.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work History: Solid work history with clear reasons for leaving previous roles.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard software is preferred.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work onsite full-time during the transition period, with potential for hybrid work in the future.
