Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager (HYBRID)

Atlanta, GA

The AAM assists the Account Managers with tasks such as processing endorsements, audits, and monthly reporting. This role also helps with the renewal process of accounts by pulling loss runs, updating experience summaries, as well as running renewal updates.

Essential Functions:

• Process all elements of endorsements, including sending them to the carriers, reviewing to make sure they are accurate once received, as well as sending to the insured along with any billing/invoice if necessary.
• Process/review audits and monthly reports.                                           
• Assist AMs with renewals - Order loss runs, update experience summaries, and run renewal updates.
• Policy checking.

Other Duties:

• May perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, Applied Epic agency management system.
• 3+ years of commercial lines experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Above average computer and typing skills.

Education, Licensing & Additional Requirements:

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Insurance Agent License. 
• Insurance License Continuing Education.
• CIC, CISR designations
