Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the growth and success of a national brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and marketing middle-market accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan (details to be provided during the interview process)
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to middle-market accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle marketing efforts for new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve organizational goals.
  • Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise in all client interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in servicing and marketing middle-market accounts is essential.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
