Personal Lines Account Manager (Remote/Hybrid)

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $58,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Incentives:
- 20% commission on new business written
- 10% commission on rounding out accounts
- Annual performance bonus

Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, handling all aspects from start to finish ("soup to nuts").
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Quote and process new and renewal business for accounts up to $10,000 in size.
- Collaborate with carriers such as Plymouth Rock, MAPFRE, Andover, Vermont Mutual, Concord, Chubb, Pure, Cincinnati, and Travelers.
- Utilize software systems including AMS 360 and ImageRight, with a transition to EPIC planned in the near future.
- Work closely with the team to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is highly preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one within six months of hire.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance (open to candidates with captive experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 and ImageRight is preferred; familiarity with EPIC is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
