Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to clients by managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized personal lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance account management, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle all aspects of account servicing from A to Z. This is an on-site position, offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Up to $60,000 annually
- Monthly Bonus Program: Opportunity to earn up to $1,000+ per month based on new policies written and policy re-writes

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of small to mid-sized personal lines accounts
- Provide end-to-end servicing for accounts, including quoting new and renewal business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met
- Handle policy re-writes and assist clients with any changes or updates to their coverage
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Must hold one of the following licenses: 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal lines account management (open to candidates with captive experience)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is required
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; customer-focused mindset; attention to detail; and a proactive approach to tasks
- Work Environment: This is an on-site position; remote work is not available
