Group Benefits Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, assisting with plan proposals, and ensuring seamless implementation of group benefits programs. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with the development of plans and proposals for group benefits programs.
- Manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), open enrollment processes, and implementation of benefits plans.
- Conduct meetings with employees to explain benefits options and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who handle service-related tasks.
- Work primarily with fully and level-funded accounts, with limited involvement in self-funded accounts.
- Handle accounts ranging in size from 25-50 employees up to 500 employees.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience required; 5+ years preferred.
- Licenses/Designations: Relevant licenses and certifications are preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and Employee Navigator software is highly desirable.
- Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
