Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Personal Lines Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of 10 professionals. This role is a key leadership position, responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and representing the team at events and client meetings. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • 401(k): 4% company match.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 10 personal lines sales professionals.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team goals.
  • Represent the team at client meetings and industry events.
  • Foster a collaborative and professional team environment.
  • Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and training to succeed.
  • Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and sales processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of proven success in a sales role. Management experience is not required but is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Epic software is preferred.
