Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic team. This is a newly created role designed to enhance the marketing efforts for new and renewal commercial insurance submissions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and account management teams, maintain strong carrier relationships, and stay informed about market trends. This is a hybrid position, requiring four days in-office and one day remote per week.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to market new and renewal commercial insurance submissions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers.
  • Stay updated on market trends and carrier offerings to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Handle accounts ranging from $50,000 to $2 million in premium.
  • Utilize AMS 360 software to manage and track submissions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or marketing within the commercial insurance industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is required.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external carriers.
