Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Commercial / Select Business Unit)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is fully remote. As a key member of the team, you will manage a book of business, focusing on small commercial accounts with premiums of $50K or less. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success by providing exceptional client service and support.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, focusing on small commercial accounts with premiums of $50K or less.
- Provide full A–Z account management, including service and retention.
- Handle certificates, endorsements, invoicing, and client communication.
- Perform marketing and remarketing activities.
- Quote new and renewal business, with a heavier focus on renewals.
- Ensure timely and responsive client service.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems.
- Eager to learn and grow within the role.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Responsive and client-focused with excellent communication skills.
