Location: Dutchess County, NY

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join our team. This role is designed for growth, with the opportunity for promotion to Account Executive within six months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing small to mid-sized commercial accounts and will play a key role in quoting, servicing, and renewing policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quote new and renewal business, primarily focusing on renewals and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Manage a book of business with accounts sized up to $500,000.
  • Collaborate with team members to handle a varying number of policies based on capacity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring accountability and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
  • Experience: 3-10 years in commercial insurance.
  • Proficient in EPIC software.
  • Strong soft skills: accountable, reliable, and loyal.

Work Environment:

  • Preference for a hybrid work model, with options for full-time in-office or remote work.
  • Equipment will be provided for remote workers.
