Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the commercial insurance portfolio. This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to create your own schedule and primarily work in the field.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience (DOE) during the first year.
- Commission Structure:
- 50% commission in the first year.
- Transition to full commission after five years (35% new business, 35% renewal).

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial insurance clients, with a focus on contractors, construction, and generalist accounts.
- Conduct cold outreach and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Manage accounts with a focus on policies with premiums of $50,000 or more.
- Utilize lead generation tools and strategies to identify potential clients.
- Work independently to create and execute a personalized schedule for fieldwork and client meetings.
Qualifications/Requirements

Active 2-20 insurance license is required.

3-5+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales.

Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.

Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of success in generating new business and managing client relationships.

Ability to travel locally as needed to meet with clients.
