Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Hybrid and Flexible Schedule near Conyers, GA
Join our well-known agency and a great team as a detail-oriented individual with a clear understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages.
You'll need to be familiar with all coverage lines, including both admitted and non-admitted carriers.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage a large, established book of business.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role.
- Experience with various insurance products and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to handle new and renewal submissions.
- Capability to review insurance contracts for inaccuracies.
- Proficiency in processing endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing.
- Skilled in completing and preparing certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
- Thoroughly checking policy coverage and endorsements for all new business and renewals.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Direct responsibility for retaining all accounts assigned to the team.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to various issues, including cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier issues.
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty license.
- Minimum of 2 years of account management experience.
- Above-average computer skills, with the ability to become proficient in various necessary programs.
