Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of middle-market generalist accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the producer and account executive in daily operations. The position offers a hybrid work environment with three days in-office and two days remote.
Compensation Package
- Competitive salary up to $75,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of middle-market generalist accounts
- Assist with renewals, including quoting new and renewal business
- Conduct online rating and coverage analysis
- Handle marketing efforts for accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Collaborate closely with the producer and account executive to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active 220 insurance license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management within an agency setting
- Proficiency in online rating and coverage analysis
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
