Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to handle a book of high-end small business accounts with some middle-market accounts. This position involves direct client interaction, requiring a polished, professional presence and the ability to assess client needs while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
 - Assess client needs, coverage gaps, and risk exposures to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
 - Coordinate with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely processing of renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes.
 - Prepare proposals, presentations, and summaries for client meetings.
 - Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service and maintain retention goals.
 - Support marketing and renewal efforts by gathering required information and reviewing submissions for accuracy.
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3–7 years of commercial lines account management experience, preferably within an agency or brokerage setting.
 - Active Property & Casualty license required.
 - Experience with high-end small business accounts; some exposure to middle-market clients preferred.
 - Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Proficiency with the EPIC agency management system strongly preferred.
 - Exceptional professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
 - Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and maintain strong carrier relationships.
