Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a high-volume book of middle-market commercial accounts, handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. This is a hybrid position, requiring three days in the office each week.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $70,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume book of middle-market commercial accounts.
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy issuance.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
- Review all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
- Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to obtain renewal business information.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of Commercial Account Management experience required.
- Licenses: Property & Casualty License required.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred.
