Commercial Auto Claims Supervisor
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Auto Claims Supervisor to join a team. This is a fully remote, permanent position offering a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team of claims professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing claims processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving key initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year (based on qualifications and experience).

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Auto Claims Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and managing staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Establishing communication protocols and conducting regular meetings with team members and management.
- Ensuring consistent delivery of processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Scheduling, developing, and implementing training programs and presentations.
- Managing claim file assignments, rotation, and workflow.
- Overseeing claims management system backlogs, activities, diaries, reserves, and caseloads.
- Reviewing and approving adjuster correspondence, coverage analysis, and claim resolution strategies.
- Conducting file reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and audit protocols.
- Analyzing performance trends and driving key initiatives to achieve target KPIs.
- Acting as a liaison between the department and internal/external partners, including compliance, audit, training, litigation management, and vendors.
Qualifications/Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- 7+ years of experience adjusting Commercial Auto Claims.
- 3+ years of experience with litigated matters.
- 3+ years of claims management experience.
- Leadership experience (required).
- Adjuster License and confirmation of home state license (FL or TX preferred).
- Subject-matter expertise in:
- Coverage and policy forms.
- Coverage analysis.
- Claim resolution strategies.
- Litigation strategy and management.
- Defense counsel/vendor management.
- Staff management and training.
 
- Advanced degree or industry designation (preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
