Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small businesses to mid-sized organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial lines accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000+ annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including small businesses and mid-sized accounts
• Handle new business quotes, renewals, and some marketing for renewals
• Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Manager and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
• Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience managing small to mid-sized commercial lines accounts
• Property and Casualty (P&C) license required
• Familiarity with agency management software (Epic experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
