Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager (Hybrid)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with mid-to-large market accounts in a boutique agency environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, a passion for client service, and the ambition to grow into an Account Manager role in the future.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: Up to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide general servicing for a variety of accounts, including mid-to-large market accounts
  • Handle Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and other client-related tasks
  • Quote new and renewal business
  • Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and account growth
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and client-focused service

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a larger agency
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is essential
  • Account Experience: Familiarity with mid-to-large market accounts is preferred
  • Attributes: Stable and steady professional background with a desire to grow into an Account Manager role
  • Education: Relevant educational background in insurance or related fields is a plus
