Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves working with a variety of carriers and industries, providing exceptional service to the clients. The position offers a hybrid work environment after the initial 90-day period, with two days in the office and three days working remotely.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse commercial lines book of business while ensuring high service standards and retention.
- Work with a variety of carriers, including Grange, Western Reserve, Travelers, Safeco, Hartford, and Foremost.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in commercial lines account management, preferably within independent agencies.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with AMS360 is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is a must.
