Employee Benefits Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in employee benefits and a proven sales record. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of employee benefits accounts.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience) + commissions
• Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on employee benefits accounts with 10 or more lives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Provide expert guidance and solutions to clients regarding employee benefits programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in employee benefits sales and account management.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and related regulations.
• Proficiency in using Epic software or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
