Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in employee benefits and a proven sales record. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of employee benefits accounts.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience) + commissions

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on employee benefits accounts with 10 or more lives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Provide expert guidance and solutions to clients regarding employee benefits programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in employee benefits sales and account management.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and related regulations.
- Proficiency in using Epic software or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
