As a Benefit Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business, managing renewals, and leveraging warm leads to expand a client base. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including warm leads provided by the organization, cold calling, and leveraging tools such as Zywave and MyEdge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on groups of 50-200 lives, primarily fully insured accounts.
  • Quote and manage new business (40%) and renewal business (30%), with flexibility for high-performing candidates.
  • Utilize software tools such as EPIC (training provided if needed), Zywave, and the organization's CRM to manage client accounts and workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active Life and Health (L&H) licensure is required.
  • Experience with health, medical, dental, and vision insurance accounts is preferred.
  • Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those early in their careers who demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong prospecting and sales skills, with the ability to generate and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as EPIC, Zywave, and CRM systems is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
