Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial insurance policies, including billing, payments, and servicing.
- Handle Certificates of Insurance (COIs) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by confidently addressing client inquiries and concerns over the phone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy management and client satisfaction.
- Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and explore ways to integrate AI and other technological advancements into daily operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management or personal lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is highly valued. Experience with EZLynx is a plus but not mandatory.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in AI and innovative solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
