About the Role:
Our national TPA client is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial General Liability Claims Adjuster to join their growing team. This position will handle complex general liability claims, including bodily injury and property damage, from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of NY claims handling practices, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
Salary/Benefits:
- $80,000/year - $90,000/year annually (based on experience)

Requirements:
- Active New York Adjuster’s License (required)
- 5+ years of experience handling Commercial General Liability claims, preferably in a TPA or carrier environment.
- Strong knowledge of New York liability laws and claims handling standards.
- Proven ability to handle litigated and complex claims with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Description:
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Commercial General Liability claims in accordance with client guidelines and jurisdictional requirements.
- Manage all aspects of the claims process including coverage analysis, liability assessment, damages evaluation, and settlement negotiations.
- Maintain regular communication with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation throughout the claim lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with New York regulatory and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional service and timely resolutions.
