Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $55,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
- Utilize inbound leads to generate new business opportunities and close deals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines and market options.
- Provide exceptional client service by being responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to client satisfaction and retention.
- Consistently meet or exceed production goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in handling client accounts and agency business.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensing: Active insurance license required.
- Experience: Proven track record in commercial lines sales or account management.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with multiple carriers, underwriting guidelines, and market options.
- Skills: Strong sales skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals. Excellent client service skills with a focus on detail and responsiveness.
