Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $55,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Utilize inbound leads to generate new business opportunities and close deals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines and market options.
• Provide exceptional client service by being responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to client satisfaction and retention.
• Consistently meet or exceed production goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in handling client accounts and agency business.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensing: Active insurance license required.
• Experience: Proven track record in commercial lines sales or account management.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with multiple carriers, underwriting guidelines, and market options.
• Skills: Strong sales skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals. Excellent client service skills with a focus on detail and responsiveness.
• Professionalism: Organized, reliable, and ethical in all aspects of work.
