Employee Benefits Insurance Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Employee Benefits Producer to join a growing team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of employee benefits solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales and a passion for delivering consultative, client-focused service.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $75K–$125K (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve production goals and drive revenue growth.
- Consult with employers to understand their benefits needs and design tailored insurance programs.
- Present proposals and explain benefits options to decision-makers, highlighting value and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
- Cross-sell additional lines of coverage and identify opportunities for account rounding.
- Stay informed on market trends, carrier products, and regulatory changes impacting employee benefits.
- Collaborate with internal account management and service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Life & Health insurance license required.
- 3+ years of proven success in insurance sales, with a focus on employee benefits strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, close new business, and consistently meet or exceed production goals.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
