Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Established agency seeking to hire a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join their commercial team.  Ideal candidate will have a commercial lines background in the Property & Casualty industry.

Responsibilities:

The Account Manager is responsible for day-to-day account management for clients with complex coverage needs including coverage/policy questions, claims handling, and providing high customer service satisfaction. The ideal Commercial Insurance Account Manager candidate will possess a wide range of commercial lines account management skills, including but not limited to customer service, administration, and remarketing accounts.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
• Full knowledge of insurance products and usages
• Ability to manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have excellent technical/analytical skills
• Detail oriented
