Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a growing team. As part of a small, tight-knit group, you will play a pivotal role in servicing and expanding book of business, primarily focusing on churches and non-profit organizations.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with excellence
- Conduct policy reviews, audits, and identify potential gaps in insurance programs
- Assist with remarketing existing clients as needed
- Support the Agency Partner in servicing the existing book of business
- Handle renewals and occasional new business quoting
- Visit clients onsite as required to strengthen relationships and provide personalized service
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 1-3 years of commercial lines experience, preferably working with churches or non-profits
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred
- Other Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a client-focused mindset
