Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
- 401(k)
Responsibilities
- Manage a $500,000 - $600,000 revenue book of business focused on large real estate accounts.
- Collaborate with an Account Executive to provide comprehensive client support.
- Handle new and renewal business quoting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive solutions.
- Utilize AMS360 software (transitioning to Applied Epic later this year) to manage accounts efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in commercial insurance, with a focus on real estate accounts preferred.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software; experience with Applied Epic is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
