Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with personal lines clients by addressing their insurance needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assess client profiles and recommend appropriate insurance coverage based on risk evaluation and unique individual priorities.
- Handle all client servicing needs, including policy changes, renewals, claims, and billing inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for additional insurance products that align with clients' needs.
- Provide personalized advice and guidance on coverage types, limits, and policy enhancements.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate coverage and pricing for clients, ensuring competitive and effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, policy changes, and documentation using CRM systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policy changes, and regulatory requirements to provide current and informed advice to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in personal lines account management is preferred.
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple clients/accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with insurance CRM platforms and proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office Suite.
