📍 Location: Hybrid 
💼 Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission 


We’re hiring a driven and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, relationship-based sales role focused on generating new business in the small to middle market commercial space. You’ll be backed by a strong support team of Account Managers so you can focus on building your book and driving results.


What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and generate new commercial business through outbound sales efforts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers

  • Represent a range of accounts (generalist or niche welcome), primarily small to middle market commercial with the ability to sell personal lines as well. 

  • Leverage strong sales techniques to reach or exceed production goals 

  • Collaborate with in-house Account Managers who handle quoting, renewals, and servicing

  • Engage in client visits and attend networking opportunities to grow your footprint


What We’re Looking For:

  • Required License: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 3+ years of proven insurance sales experience

    • Preferably producing $50K+ in premium per month

    • Independent Agency experience preferred

  • Book Size: Account sizes ranging from $500 – $500K in premium

  • Technology: Experience with EPIC strongly preferred but open to training

  • Mindset: Hunter mentality — this role requires someone who thrives in a producer-focused environment 


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $65K–$80K base (will consider higher compensation packages for highly experienced producers)

  • Commission: Competitive, performance-based structure

Work Structure & Travel:

  • Hybrid: Hybrid work schedule after training

  • Travel: Occasional travel for client visits and business development as needed
