Hybrid Personal Lines Insurance Producer
Location: Morris Plains, NJ (2 days in-office, 3 days remote after training)
Salary: $50,000 base + commission

We’re seeking a Personal Lines Producer who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and excels at relationship-building — especially with real estate professionals. This is a pure sales role with no servicing responsibilities. You’ll be backed by a dedicated service team so you can focus on what you do best: selling.

What You'll Do:

• Sell personal lines policies (home, auto, renters, etc.) to warm, pre-qualified leads from our real estate branch

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and referred clients

• Use Applied Epic and our internal sales platform to manage leads and track activity

• Work from the Morris Plains office two days per week (after training), with three days remote

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales closer with experience in personal lines insurance

• Strong communicator with a talent for relationship-building

• Proficient in Applied Epic or similar AMS platforms

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
